The characters are great and I LOVE the desaturated colors. I’d just say be careful about the word balloon placements. The balloon in panel four (placed at the bottom of the panel) looks like it’s connecting into the top balloon in panel six…I read it that way and got confused (especially since it’s two different characters’ dialogue).
I nitpick because I love, Jamaica.
