He does seem surprisingly like an old crotchety uncle- i mean, considering he’s an imaginary friend.

i keep imagining the fish talking with an eccentric british accent. no wait, he talks like Master Blaster from Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome! ha!
also, Dee’s apartment building looks strikingly like my old building in Burbank…. spooky. (although all apartment buildings look the same i guess…)

Bones used to be a lot less bitchy and more like a moral conscience, but yes, he’s definitely become the crotchety uncle over the years. I can’t wait to see what he gets like as she gets even older! I always heard him in a bloated Italian accent, sorta Godfather-like.
